Preceded in death by father, Charles Thomas Hawkins. Survived by wife, Lonnie Hawkins; stepsons: Dustin Gimpel, Russell King, Cory King; mother, MaryAnn Knutson; sister, Teresa (Rick Harper) Hawkins; brothers: Randy (Rhoda) Hawkins, Dale (Jerrian) Hawkins, Kevin Hawkins; stepmother, Bobbette Hawkins; stepbrothers, Aaron (Jen) Belina, Andre Belina; stepsisters, Amy (Matt) Baack, Angel (Garry) Yanke; many nieces, nephews and many friends.

VISITATION: Friday, 6-8pm, following CDC guidelines; FUNERAL: Saturday, 10am, all at West Center Chapel. GRAVESIDE SERVICE and INTERMENT: Saturday, 1pm, Ft. Calhoun Cemetery.
