ALBERT JENSEN RITES TUESDAY

Albert Jensen, well-known and highly respected citizen of Blair, passed away Sunday evening at his home on East South street after an extended illness.

Deceased was born inFreistrup, Denmark, February 25, 1859, and was thus nearly 80 years of age at his death. He came to Beatrice, Nebraska in 1882 and since that time has been a citizen of this state.

On June 5, 1883 he was married to Elsie Marie Rasmussen and to them seven children were born, three dying in infancy. The first wife passed away on September, 1924. On October 6, 1926 he was married to Mrs. Augusta Onato of Detroit.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife and four children, William Jensen of Nelson, Nebraska; Dewey Jensen of Denver, Colorado; and Ole Jensen of Blair, Nebraska; Mrs. Anna Ferebee, Nelson, Nebraska, also fourteen grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Bendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 27, at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Ralph P. Rasmussen officiating and interment was made at Nelson, Nebraska, Wednesday, December 28.
