MRS. HENRY JIPP

One of the purest, kindest, Christian mothers ever born in Nebraska died in the hospital at Council Bluffs last week and was buried near her mother in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery June 6, 1909. There was an immense gathering at the funeral from Omaha, Lincoln and other places. Rev. Miller, Seventh Day Advent of Wayne, preached the sermon. The choir were Prof. Cook, Lyman Peck and Roy and Mark Slader. Pallbearers - John Landis, Henry Rix, Wm. Frahm, Fred Frahm, Charles Clarke and John Trisler. She was about thirty nine years old and leaves seven children from three to fifteen years old, besides her husband, father and seven brothers and sisters. Her father, Pioneer E. N. Gren3ll3, arrived from Florida a few days before she died. One brother is in Florida, two in Omaha, one here, two sisters in Illinois and one in Council Bluffs. They had recently bought a nice new home and life seemed bright when they took possession, and the blow to the sorrowing family is indeed very hard, but heaven lies over yonder, and we are all sure of her entrance into that glorious kingdom.
