MRS. ANNA KNUDSEN DIES AT HER HOME IN KENNARD

Mrs. Anna Knudsen, an old resident of Washington county died at her home in Kennard at 9:40 a.m. January 31, 1922.

Mrs. Knudsen celebrated her 67th birthday last Christmas, and was a woman of strong character, well known and highly respected by the entire community.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, and interment will be made in the Danish cemetery south of Kennard.

A large number of friends filled the Danish Lutheran church on Saturday afternoon for the funeral of Mrs. Anna Knudsen, who passed away on Tuesday after several months of illness. Mrs. Knudsen was 67 years of age last Christmas day, and had been a resident of Washington county for more than 40 years. She leaves two sons, Chas. and J.P. Knudsen, five grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Jensen of Twin Falls, Idaho and Mrs. John Jensen of this city, and three brothers, Joseph Sorensen of Omaha, M. P. of Cheyenne, Wyo., and John of Los Angeles, Calif. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the family of the deceased.
