Preceded in death by father Raymond Welchert Sr; sister Sandy, son Raymond Robert. Survived by wife Virginia, children, Douglas (Michelle) Welchert, Sharon (Jerry) Welchert; daughter-in-law Karen Welchert; mother Bonnie Welchert, seven grandchildren, eight brothers and sisters; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service 10:30 am Monday, November 7, 2016 at the funeral home. Family will receive friends the hour before the service. Memorials to the Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue Dept.
