RITES JUNE 13th FOR MRS. ANNA JENSEN

Funeral services were held at the Ft. Calhoun Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Anna C. Jensen who had been a resident of the community for almost 30 years. She had succumbed to a paralytic stroke June 9th at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair. She was 74 years old.

Mrs. Jensen was born November 22, 1897 near Irvington. She grew up in that area. She was married to Jens Beckman Jensen on December 14, 1933. The couple farmed near Washington, Nebraska until 1944 when they moved to Ft. Calhoun.

She is survived by her daughters, Christina (Mrs. Thomas Bennett) of Omaha and Mary Ann (Mrs. Norman Study) of Hahn AFB, Germany.
