Opal was born on a farm in Nickerson, NE. She is survived by her children, Lawrence B. Riley, Timothy J. (Denise) Riley, Elizabeth A. (Tom) Williamson, David J. (fiancée, Lorinda Bates) Riley, and Ruth N. (Randall) Riley-Lutes; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence S. Riley, and her children: Kathleen Riley, Phillip Riley, and Barbara J. Fritz.

Visitation 12-1pm, followed by a Funeral service at 1pm on Saturday, January 14, at Spirit Life Assemblies of God Church, 4815 Harrison Street in Omaha. Burial at 11am on Monday, January 16, at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Open Door Mission.
