Cause of death: cerebral apoplexy, contributed by senile arteriosclerosis. Age 91 years, 11 months, 23 days. Certifying physician J.M. Hermann. He was a painting contractor, married, Protestant. His parents were Alonzo and Helen (Parker) Clark. The informant was Mrs. Helen Maynard of 1105 N. 50 Street.
