Sandra L. Paulsen, age 75, Blair, passed away April 12, 2021, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Sandra was born in Blair on April 5, 1946, the daughter of Hugh and Elsie Moore. She was a lifelong resident of Blair. On March 19, 1966, she was united in marriage to Darryl Paulsen and the couple were blessed with 3 children.
