James Christensen died at his home Tuesday noon after suffering several months with transverse myelitis. The funeral was held yesterday afternoon.

Deceased was 39 years old, and came to Blair with his parents when a little child. For a year previous to his illness he had charge of a section gang out of Emerson. He leaves a wife and one son, three brothers and two sisters.

James E. Christensen died at his home in Blair at 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 12, 1913 of (?)_______myelitis after being confined to his bed since Nov. 26, 1912.

James E. Christensen was born in ________, New Jersey, April 15, 1875. He came to Blair with his parents in ______ and has since resided here. He leaves to mourn his death a wife and ___________ and three brothers, Nels of H______, Nebr., Antone of Blair, and ________ of Park City, Utah and two sisters, Anna of Omaha and Mrs. _______ing of Lewiston, Idaho.

The funeral will be ________________ home Thursday and the body laid to rest in the Blair cemetery.

Note: Transverse Myelitis: Inflammation of the transverse region of the spinal cord.
