Mrs. C. W. Hansen Rites Monday

Amelia Larsen was born April 26, 1888 to the late M. P and Ansine Larsen at Orum, Nebraska. She was baptized in infancy and confirmed in the Lutheran church at Orum by Rev. A. Larsen.

She was united in marriage to Chris W. Hansen on May 3rd, 1905 and to this union eight children were born, Mrs. Dave Prichard of Omaha, Clyde of Lincoln, Hazel of Herman, Mrs. Gilbert Hall and Melvin of Ralston, Mrs. Joe Konvalin, Mrs. Otto Boock and Lola Mae of Kennard and seven grandchildren.

Besides the immediate family, she leaves to mourn her passing three brothers and three sisters L. M., Harry, and Edgar Larsen, Mrs. Andrew Fowler of this county, Mrs. Ray Dixon of Omaha, and Mrs. Allison French.

Mrs. Hansen passed away at an Omaha hospital, June 30, at the age of 56 years, 2 months and four days.

Pallbearers were six nephews of the deceased, Al Hansen of Tekamah, Eddie Hansen of Omaha, Francis Christensen of Fremont, Earl Larsen of Kennard, Elmer Larsen of Fremont and Russell Larsen of Herman.

Rev. E. P. Booher, pastor of Omaha, formerly of Kennard conducted the services from the Bendorf Funeral Home on Monday July 3rd.
