This article, Printed in the April 27, 1904 Courier, Blair, Nebraska, may explain some unmarked graves: J.E. Lutz has just received the largest shipment of granite that ever came to Blair. It consists of four carloads of finished and unfinished work. This was bought very cheap and will be sold at such low prices that no grave need go unmarked.
