Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Frankhauser were held Friday, October 5, at the Rural Seventh-day Adventist church with the E. V. Schultz of Fremont officiating. Pallbearers were Roscoe Little Jr., Russell and Gerald Jensen, Wayne Frankhauser and Roger and Rodney Barber. Burial was in the Tekamah Cemetery with Hamel & Peck as directors.

Nellie Frankhauser was the daughter of Jens Peter and Anna Marie Jensen. She was born November 14, 1896 at Herman and died October 3, 1962 at the age of 65 years. She was married to Vernon Frankhauser May 9, 1917, and they made their home in the Tekamah community all their married life. They had four children.

Mrs. Frankhauser was a life-long member of the Tekamah Rural Seventh-day Adventist church.

Survivors include her husband, Vernon; children, Mrs. Iola Revis of Fort Collins, Colo., Mrs. Bonny Updike of Arlington, Harry Frankhauser of Herman and Robert Frankhauser of Decatur; brothers Alfred and Victor Jensen of Tekamah; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
