| Mr. and Mrs. Jens Jensen, who live on the Peter Nelson farm about three miles southwest of town, lost a daughter, Christine, aged sixteen years, last Friday evening of malignant intermittent fever.
The funeral was held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Danish church in this city, Rev. Anderson officiating.
The mother and three other children are also sick and were brought down and placed in the hospital Saturday. The family are very poor and five other children were taken to the county poor farm yesterday.
