Thomas J. Prochaska, age 60 of Blair, passed away November 9, 2021.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday November 13 at 10:00AM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. A luncheon will follow Mass. Graveside services will be held at 2:30PM Saturday at the Seward Cemetery in Seward, Nebraska. Visitation will be held Friday, November 12 from 6 to 8 PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Tom was born on April 6, 1961 the son of Ernest and Helen Prochaska. He is survived by his mother Helen, son Mark Prochaska, daughter Mary Prochaska and granddaughter Delanie.

He was preceded in death by his father Ernest.
