Paul Beckner Parry III of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away comforted by his wife on Sunday, November 7th, 2021. Born September 30th, 1948, he was the son of Paul and Leah Parry.

He was active in the boxing community and refereed professionally. He also enjoyed riding his bike and playing paddleball. His love of Nebraska Cornhuskers football was evident every year. Paul had a great sense of humor, enjoyed discussing politics, and his Christian faith was very important to him.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Jr. and Leah. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara Parry and daughter, Elizabeth "Kasey" Jensen and her husband Dave of Blair, Nebraska; Paul's four grandchildren, Ryan, Conner, Sean, and Briahna Jensen; and his sister, Maryedna Stack and her husband Brian of Mesa, Arizona.

There will be a graveside service held on Tuesday, November 16, at 1pm at the Omaha National Cemetery located at 14250 Schram Road with military honors. Please make donations in lieu of flowers to the Nebraska Humane Society at 8929 Fort St., Omaha, NE 68134.
