#1 CHUCK JENSEN, 57

Services for Chuck Jensen, 57 who died March 22, 1994 at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha following a work related accident will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 25 at First Lutheran Church. Rev. J. David Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 24 only.

Chuck Jensen was born December 9, 1936 at Blair to Jens B. and Lola Rogert Jensen. He graduated from Blair High School.

He worked at Jensen Well Co. until 1985. He worked for Cornhusker Nursery until the time of his death.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association.

He married Jeanette Thon February 2, 1959 at Blair. She survives.

In addition to his wife, survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Karla Jensen of Lawrence, Kansas; one daughter, Kelly Jensen, Cincinnati, Ohio; his parents, Jens and Lola Jensen, Blair; and a brother and daughter-in -law, Darrel and Lynne Jensen of Nye, Montana.

CHUCK JENSEN DIES FOLLOWING ACCIDENT

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 25 at First Lutheran Church for Chuck Jensen who died Tuesday evening from injuries he received in an accident at work.

Blair and Kennard Rescue Squads were called out Tuesday about 4:11 p.m. to Cornhusker Nursery location south of the Kennard Cut and west of Highway 133. Jensen had reportedly been welding on a flatbed from a straight truck that was setting on blocks prior to the accident. The flatbed fell and pinned him under it, according to reports.

He was Life Flighted to St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha where he died.
