CLARENCE JENSEN SERVICES TODAY

Funeral services were held this (Thursday) afternoon for Clarence "Red" Jensen, 60 years of age, who died Sunday at Veterans Hospital in Omaha.

The services were held at the First Lutheran Church, the Rev. George Pallesen officiating, with interment in the Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Jensen is survived by his wife, Cloma; sons, Gene of Kimball and Robert of Blair, and daughter, Mary Kris of Blair; a brother, James Jensen of Blair; four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Larsen of Louisville, Mrs. Sena Hansen of Hemingford, Mrs. Hilga Hansen of Harlingen, Texas and Mrs. Ingery Koenig of Ayrshire, Iowa.

Mr. Jensen was born January 12, 1903 on the home place located in the Long Creek district. Mr. and Mrs. Jensen were married August 17, 1942.

Mr. Jensen was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion.

He has been in business in Blair for the past 12 years, operating a body and fender shop. Prior to that, he worked for other business places in Blair.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
