Gwendolyn Joy Vaughn, age 87 of Auburn, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Community in Blair. Her parents Frank and Ruth, husband Maurice, and daughter Shari preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son Gary Vaughn; grandchildren, Andrew Vaughn, Joseph Vaughn, Sara Vaughn, Kellie Vaughn, Nathan Teten; numerous great-grandchildren; sister Christie Nanfito; step-father Fred Gfeller and other relatives and friends.

Services are entrusted to Hemmingsen Funeral Home of Auburn.

A funeral service was held on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn. Burial was in Sheridan West Cemetery at Auburn. The family greeted friends one hour prior to service on Monday.
