August 2, 1894- The Pilot- Gladys Green

GREEN- On Thursday, July 26, 1894, at 12:30 p.m. at the home of Nelson Flinn in this city, of cholera infantum, Gladys, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dr. E.H. Green, aged 1 year, 8 months and 9 days.

Mrs. Green had been stopping for sometime with Mr. Green's parents at Minneapolis, Minn., but had returned to friends at Neola, Iowa some time ago, where the child was taken sick some ten days before and its condition becoming so alarming that she brought it home the day preceding its death. The funeral services were conducted at the house on Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock by Rev. Geo. Main, pastor of the Methodist church, and the remains were buried in the Blair cemetery. Mrs. Green has the sympathy of all in her bereavement.
