Mr. Edward W. Jensen of Oakland, died at the St. Francis Memorial Hospital at West Point July 31st. Funeral services will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Oakland. Time and date are pending.

He was born at Orum, February 21, 1904 to Mr. and Mrs. Mod Christian Jensen. On June 6, 1929 he was married to Evelyn L. Marsh of Tekamah. They lived at Orum and Fremont before moving to Oakland.

He was a Pontiac dealer until he retired in 1964.

Survivors are his wife and a son, E. Tad Jensen of Oakland. Survivors also include: 5 sisters, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

The Palmquist Funeral home at Oakland is in charge of arrangements and burial will be in the Orum Cemetery.

(Note: The correct name for the Orum Cemetery is "Lincoln" Cemetery.)
