Age 53 - Preceded in death by father, Frank Blankenship; grandparents, Ray and Doris Otte, Fred and Alvina Schumacher and granddaughter, Julia Jelinek. Survived by daughter, Sarah Jelinek (Jason), grandchildren, Alex Haverman, Reagan and Weston Jelinek; mother, Donna Blankenship; siblings, Steve (Bobbie), Jane, Sandy and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
