Nora Frances, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rathbun, was born June 27, 1896 and died September 14, at 1:15 a.m. of spinal disease, and was buried Sept. 15 at four o’clock. The funeral services were from the home, conducted by Rev. S.C. Green of the Baptist church. Little Nora’s life was short, she being but eleven weeks old. She was only a beautiful blossom, sent to bloom for awhile on earth, then transplanted into the beautiful garden of God. While a broken-hearted mother is left to mourn her loss, we know our darling is safe in the arms of Jesus. So we look up with eyes blinded with tears and say, thy will, Oh God, be done.
