A gloom is cast over the household of L. K. Davies. Last week the little daughter was taken quite seriously ill with spinal meningitis. She did not linger long, but on Monday death overtook her. She was a bright little girl and her absence from the home will be a long time mourned. The funeral took place yesterday at the home where many paid their last tribute. The bereaved family has the sympathy of their many friends.
