DIED:-Friday, March 18, 1898, at her home, Mrs. Jane Denny, age 73 years, 8 months and 26 days.

Services were held at the M. E. church Sunday, Rev. Barton officiating.

The deceased was born in Roan county, North Carolina in 1824 and married to James Denny in 1848. They moved to Nebraska in 1868 where they have since lived. Nine children were born to them--four boys and five girls, one boy and two girls died in infancy leaving six children to mourn the loss of a kind and loving mother.

She was an only sister to Wm. Deaver, who alone survives his father's family. THE PILOT joins the many friends in extending sympathy to the family in the hour of bereavement.
