Mrs. Sarah Daniels died at her home in north Blair Monday afternoon of old age, she being 83 years of age August last. She had two of her grandchildren, Irene and Delbert Allen living with her. She hadn't been well, but was able to be about and had been out sitting with them. She came in and lay down on the bed, and saying she wasn't feeling well, not having eaten any dinner. Shortly afterwards Irene went in once to see if she would have a cup of coffee and found her dead. The funeral will be held at the Latter Day Saints Church tomorrow, Thursday, afternoon.

She was born in northern Ohio and came to Nebraska over forty years ago. Her husband, James Daniels, passed away several years ago.

She is survived by seven children by a former marriage. Mrs. M. L. Leech of Omaha, Mrs. Clem Halstead of Barnum, Minn., Mrs. Emil Dixon of Los Angeles, Calif., Rab Gilliland of Parkston, S. D., George Gilliland of Elgin, Ill., William and Jesse Gilliland of Blair, also three step-sons, Richard, Sam and George Daniels. There are 27 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
