Ruby J. Campbell, age 84, of Neligh, formerly of Blair, passed away April 14, 2022, at Faith Reginal Health Services in Norfolk. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 22, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Graveside services will follow in the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 21 with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home.

Ruby was born on December 27, 1937, in Omaha, the daughter of William and Verna Burgen. On December 21, 1955, she was united in marriage to Raymond Campbell in Tekamah. She was the mother of four children. Over the years, Ruby worked at several businesses in Washington County including Memorial Community Hospital and the Blair High School.

Ruby is survived by her children: William Campbell, Kathy (Bill) Brandt, Barbie Reynolds; nine grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren; sister Linda Arbaugh; brothers: Art (Sandy) Burgen, Larry Burgen; sisters-in-law: Ann Burgen and Marie Burgen; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Robert, husband Raymond, father and mother-in-law Melford and LuZetta Campbell, brothers: Richard (Bonnie) Burgen, Charles Burgen, Jack Burgen; sister Norma (Mike) Epperson; brother-in-law Melvin (Alice) Campbell, sister-in-law Shirley Knight and brother in law Denny Arbaugh.

Campbell Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
