It is with great sadness that the family announces Demetrio Mendoza Munoz, age 33, entered heavenly rest on April 28, 2022. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Campbell Aman Funeral Home. Pastor Alejandro Martinez of Iglesia Ebenzer will officiate. Burial will follow at the Blair Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, May 6, with family receiving friends from 5 to 8 p.m.

Demetrio was born on July 29, 1988, in Cerro Prieto Chihuahua, Mexico; the son of Miguel Angel Mendoza Castillo and Eulalia Munoz Rodriguez. Demetrio was raised in Cerro Prieto and came to the United States in 2006. He began studying industrial manufacturing where he was given many opportunities to travel the United States and develop a high level of experience as a welder and insulator.

Demetrio's hobbies included fishing, music, traveling, casinos, car exhibitions, dancing, attending rodeos, and attending family or friend functions.

He is survived by his mother, three brothers, Eduardo Mendoza and his wife Olga Garcia of Blair, Gabino Mendoza of Blair, and Mauricio Mendoza and his wife Katarina Mendoza of North Liberty, Iowa. He also leaves behind much loved eight nieces and nephews.

Demetrio was preceded in death by his father.

Es con gran tristeza que la familia anuncia que Demetrio Mendoza Muñoz, edad 33 entró a su descanso eterno el 28 de abril de 2022. Los servicios funerales serán el sábado 7 de mayo de 2022 a las 10:00 am en Campbell Aman Funeral Home. El pastor Alejandro Martínez de la Iglesia Ebenezer va a dar el servicio. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Blair. Visitaciones para familia y amigos serán el viernes, 6 de Mayo del 2022 de 5:00-8:00 P.M.

Demetrio nació el 29 de julio de 1988 en Cerro Prieto Chihuahua, México: hijo de Miguel Ángel Mendoza Castillo y Eulalia Muñoz Rodríguez. Demetrio creció en Cerro Prieto y vino a los Estados Unidos en el 2006. El empezó a estudiar manufacturas industriales donde se le concedieron varias oportunidades; para viajar y desarrolló varios niveles de experiencia como insoleiro metalero scafold y soldadura que era lo que mas le gustaba.

A Demetrio le interesaban varias cosas que incluían pescar, música, viajes, casinos, exhibiciones de carros, bailar, atender rodeos, y atender convivios familiares y con amigos.

El fue sobrevivido por su mamá, tres hermanos, Eduardo Mendoza y su esposa Olga García de Blair, Nebraska, Gabino Mendoza de Blair, Nebraska, y Mauricio Mendoza y su esposa Katarina Mendoza de North Liberty, Iowa. El también dejo atrás a sus queridos 8 sobrinos. Demetrio fue a reunirse con su querido padre.
