| Joseph H. Allen, 62, of Blair, died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 1999, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, 1999, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery.
Joseph H. Allen was born March 29, 1937, to William Clark and Mary Clara (Miller) Allen in Blair. He attended Blair High School and worked for Fruehauf from 1961 until retirement in 1998.
He was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and was also a member of the United Paperworkers International Union Local 7699.
He is survived by his children, Mike Allen, Vicki Allen, Theresa Flynn, Mary Kunes, Allison Wells, and Angie Howard, all of Blair, and Jane Wycoff of Omaha; 18 grandchildren and four great-grandchidren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John.
