Thursday, March 28, 1912 - Arlington Review-Herald - W. G. Hindmarsh

Death of W. G. Hindmarsh.

Word was received in Arlington last Saturday from Hartington, Neb, that W. G. Hindmarsh had died that day, and that his remains would be shipped to Arlington for burial. The funeral occurred from the M. E. church at 1:30. Tuesday, the interment taking place in the Morley cemetery, the services being conducted by Rev. Wm. Esplin.

The deceased was born in Rock Falls, III, in May, 1860, and had he lived would soon have been 52 years old.

In 1870 he moved to Nebraska with his parents, settling on a farm in Dodge county, where he, with the exception of the past few years, made his home.

A few years ago he was sadly stricken, since which time he had been unable to give his personal attention to his farm south of town, and so the same was rented and he has since been trying to nurse himself back to health.

But all in vain, as the grim reaper has gathered him to his home. At Hartington he lived with a sister, Mrs. M. K. Pollock, and it was at her home that the end came.

He leaves four brothers and three sisters to mourn his departure are, as follows: John, Thomas, Adam and George Hindmarsh; Mrs. Sandridge, Mrs. M. K. Pollock, and Miss Elizabeth Hindmarsh.
