Age 84, of Herman, NE.

Prudence Morrow Skinner was born in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of Dr. Paul and Ellen Morrow. She graduated from Central High in Omaha and was a graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She married Bruce Skinner at Dundee Presbyterian Church in Omaha and they settled outside of Herman NE. They enjoyed 62 years together before her passing.

A pillar of the community, Prudie's hand touched countless projects and organizations on the local and regional level. For those lucky enough to have met her or have had their life touched by her in some way, one was always left feeling elevated and happier after spending time in her presence.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen; father, Paul; and son, Tommy. She is survived by her husband, Bruce, of Herman; son, Bob, of Herman; daughter, Ellen (Scot) Thompson, of Elkhorn; son, Bill (Lisa) Skinner, of Herman; son, Mike (Lori) Skinner, of Minneapolis; and 7 amazing grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, June 11, 2022, 10am, at First Presbyterian Church in Tekamah, NE. VISITATION: Friday, 5-7pm, at Pelan Funeral Services Tekamah. Burial: Herman Cemetery, Herman, NE. Memorials to First Presbyterian Church – Tekamah; Tekamah-Herman Public Schools Foundation.
