Miss Foda S. Phillips, daughter of Herbert Phillips, who resides on Lincoln Street, died at her home in this city on Saturday, March 9. She was fifteen years, ten months and twenty-seven days old and her death was caused by some heart trouble. The young lady was born in Washington County and leaves many friends to mourn her loss. The services were conducted from the family residence Sunday afternoon.
