Mrs. Frank Kosloskie

Amelia Gehrt was born January 17, 1864, in Pomerania, Germany and passed away September 15, 1935, at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 28 days.

She was united in marriage to Frank Kosloskie on April 14, 1887 and to this union four daughters were born, one of whom, Frances, preceded her in death. The surviving children are Mrs. Andrew Nelson of Wolbach, Nebr., Mrs. Elmer Norlen of Bellevue and Mrs. Clarence Smith of Ft. Calhoun. Her husband also survives her, as do ten grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Kosloskie were residents of Ft. Calhoun for several years, moving from here to the Florence vicinity about 15 years ago, where they have made their home. Mrs. Kosloskie was a good wife, mother, fiend and neighbor, and her departure is mourned not only by her immediate family but by all with whom she came in contact.

The funeral services were held at the Ponca Lutheran church Monday afternoon, with Rev. Feyerbern officiating. Burial was in the Ft. Calhoun cemetery.
