Mrs. Nelia Larson died at her home, 921 N. 29th St. Omaha, Nebr. Feb. 16, 1914 at the age of 76 years, two months and 14 days. The body was shipped to her old home at Arlington, Nebr. and interred in the Orum cemetery.

Wilhelmina Petronella Lagerstrom was born Dec. 2, 1837, in Ostergotland, Sweden. She came to America in the year of 1869 at the age of 30 years, was united in marriage to August Larson, Nov. 2, 1869, at Omaha Nebr. From there they moved to their homestead in Washington County. They, who were among the first settlers of the country, had to endure many hardships during their pioneer life, but both being very industrious, accumulated a large wealth, and moved to Omaha, in the year of 1901, to spend the remainder of their old age in comfort and ease.

To them five children were born. Amanda and Emil died in infancy. Mrs. Solomon Barton, Mr. Axel Larson, and Mrs. Joe Johnson, who all reside in Washington County, are left with the father to mourn the loss of a kind and loving wife and mother. All through her long illness, caused by cancer and dropsy, she was very patient, not complaining about her own suffering but constantly praying to the dear Savior, who bore the sins of the world, that all who believeth in Him, should not perish, but have eternal life.
