MRS. C. NAEVE DIES AT KENNARD

HAD LIVED ON SAME FARM NEAR KENNARD FOR OVER 48 YEARS

After a two days illness with pneumonia, Mrs. Catherina Naeve passed away at Kennard about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at the age of 79 years.

Mrs. Naeve had lived on the same farm about 1 ½ miles south and west of Kennard for the past 48 years and was well known by all in that vicinity. She always had a cheery smile and a kindly word for everyone with whom she came in contact and always was willing to help wherever she could.

She is survived by two sons, Frank of Kennard, and Hans at home, and one daughter Miss Maggie Naeve, at home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o’clock Friday afternoon from the Kennard Methodist church. Burial will be in the Kennard cemetery.
