SERVICES FOR HOWARD MASTERS TO BE MONDAY

A well-known Arlington farmer died suddenly Thursday evening while hunting mushrooms on his farm southeast of Arlington. He was Howard Masters of Arlington.

Services for Mr. Masters will be on Monday, May 18, at 2 p.m. Services will be in the Arlington Community Church with Rev. Leo Zillig officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington cemetery. Reckmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Masters lived on the farm with his sister, Maude Masters. Just a few weeks ago a brother Glenn, who also lived at the farm, passed away.

Surviving besides Maude is another sister, Mrs. Glenn Brauner, of Nebraska City.

Maude became concerned when Howard didn't return in a reasonable length of time from his mushroom hunting. A search was started when a neighbor was called...[rest of article torn off]
