News was received here last week that Cyrus Baldwin, an old resident of Arlington, had died at Middleville Mich., December 18. No particulars of the sad event have been received, so that we cannot enlighten our readers as to his last hours. He was past 80, and last spring sold out his interests in Arlington and moved back to his old home in Michigan. He was a pioneer doctor in Douglas and Washington counties and will be remembered by all the older residents of this section. (The accompanying cut is a good one of him as he appeared about three years ago.) The sympathy of this community will go out to Mrs. Baldwin, who survives him.
