Age 81 of Fort Calhoun, NE. Passed on August 14, 2022 at his home. Survived by his daughter, Jamie (Eugene) Tietz of Fort Calhoun; step-sons, Jeffrey (Sonja) Dirkse of Omaha, and Dennis (Tammy) Dirkse of Pueblo West, CO; daughter-in-law Paula Novak of Omaha; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Karen) Novak and Stanley Novak, Jr., all of Omaha; brother-in-law, Lowell (Jolene) Irvin of Fremont; and sister-in-law Janice Irvin of Riverside, CA.

VISITATION: 10-11:30am Saturday, August 20, at Loess Hills Funeral Home in Malvern IA, with FUNERAL SERVICE following at 11:30am. BURIAL in Malvern Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or American Cancer Society.
