WILLIAM CARL LINDEN DIED SUNDAY AT HOME; FUNERAL WEDNESDAY

A lifetime Washington County resident, William Carl Linden, 76, died Sunday at his home in the northwest part of Blair.

Mr. Linden was born in Blair Dec. 26, 1881, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Linden.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 o’clock at the Bendorf Funeral Home, the Rev. Stinus Loft of Fremont officiating, with interment in the Blair Cemetery.

Mr. Linden is survived by his wife, Matie; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Radler (Marine) of Blair and Mrs. Paul Jepperson (Mildred) of Omaha; one son, Ray Linden, of Tekamah; one brother, Frank Linden of Blair; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
