ELIZABETH KELLY RITES WEDNESDAY

Miss Elizabeth Kelly, well known in Blair, died Sunday afternoon at about four o’clock. The end came suddenly following an illness which started last October.

Deceased was born in Iowa on June 2, 1880 and came with her parents to Blair in 1892 where she has since made her home. She was known in Blair as one of the Kelly sisters and was well known in business circles a few years ago.

Last year a sister passed away and with the passing of Elizabeth only Mary is left in Blair, but two brothers, John and David, live on the west coast.

She leaves to mourn her the sister, Mary, and the two brothers already mentioned, and two nieces, Miss Ethel Kelly of Lincoln and Margurite of Blair and a nephew, Paul, of Blair. She also leaves a niece, Dorothy Galloway, who has a son and daughter, all living in California.

The Kellys, who have lived her for the past sixty years are highly respected for their integrity and are a cultured family and Elizabeth leaves a great number of friends who will miss her.

Funeral services were held Wednesday morning from the Catholic church in Blair, with Father Edward O’Donnell officiating and interment under the supervision of the Campbell Mortuary was made in the Catholic cemetery.
