| Funeral services were held Friday afternoon for William Henry Gilliland, who died Wednesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mace Warrick. Services were held at Bendorf Funeral Home, Rev Joel Kemmerer officiating, with interment at the Blair Cemetery.
Mr. Gilliland is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mace Warrick (Claire) and Mrs. Dale Longer (Lilly) both of Blair; granddaughter, Beverly Gustier of Blair and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Gilliland was born March 15, 1876, at Soldier, Iowa. August 19, 1903, he married Lenora A. Rose who preceded him in death.
He was a Mason prior to retiring.
Pallbearers were nephews; Raymond Noyes, Fred, George, and Albert Gilliland, Zeke Halstead and Roy Kirk.
