Edna L. Gutschow, 82, of Blair, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2004, at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at First Baptist Church in Blair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Edna L. Gutschow was born March 20, 1922, in Blair to Glenn and Edna (Stricklett) Nicholson. She graduated from Blair High School in 1939.

On Oct. 16, 1940, she married William J. Gutschow.

Mrs. Gutschow enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Jim Bolton of Blair; Vickie and Rick Voss of Lincoln; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Fern Bauman of Blair, and brother, Glen Nicholson of Omaha; sister-in-law, Doris English of Albuquerque, N.M.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; daughter and son-in-law, Lila and Ken Rohwer; a granddaughter, Jacqueline Bolton; and three brothers, George, Lewis and Ross.

Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church.
