Jeffrey Raymond Gunderson, died Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at the age of 55 years, four months, and 23 days.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM at First Lutheran Church in Blair.

Jeff was born in Pender, Nebraska in August of 1967, where he and his parents lived until 1969. They moved to Norfolk, Nebraska where he and his brother, Brett, attended Norfolk Elementary School. Jeff had a paper route, saving his money to buy Hot Wheels. In 1977, the family joined by sister Wendy, moved to Blair, Nebraska. Jeff attended Blair Schools and graduated from Blair High School. He worked at Blair Glass during his school years.

After high school, Jeff briefly attended Milford. He moved to Fremont, Nebraska at the age of 20, working at Hy-Vee and attending the Bield Center. In 2009, he moved back to Blair, making his home at Parkview Manor. Jeff often helped and hung out with his parents. He did many loving, kind, and thoughtful acts silently, not wanting any thanks or acknowledgement. He never forgot a family birthday or holiday. Jeff, in his overalls and with his dog, Yodi, walked around Blair, daily. The last two years of his life were spent fighting cancer. Jeff was a very religious person, and he left this world to be with Jesus. He was loved, and will be missed by many.
