Gregory William Chamberlin, age 58 of Blair, passed away July 8, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones after a battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Chamberlin and his grandparents Elmer and Florence Kronberg. Greg is survived by his children: Shawn (Keri) Chamberlin, Bridgette Chamberlin and Gina (Eric) Nay.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 13 from 6 to 8 p.m., at Campbell Aman Funeral Home, Blair. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 14 at 10 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Blair with burial to follow in the Orum Rose Hill Cemetery.

Gregory William Chamberlin, age 58 of Blair, NE, passed away July 8, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones, after a battle with cancer.

Gregory William Chamberlin was born on November 2, 1964 in Omaha, NE to Barbara Chamberlin. He attended Blair Community Schools, where he enjoyed playing baseball as a pitcher and third baseman for the Blair Legion team.

In 1985 he was united in marriage to Angela Mantell and they were blessed with three children: Shawn, Bridgette and Gina.

Greg enjoyed working on the river as a deckhand/tankerman for years. Later, he moved to Fremont, NE where he worked as a mechanic before finishing his career at 5th Seasons Inc.

Greg enjoyed watching baseball, NASCAR and especially Husker Football. Greg also enjoyed listening to Rock N Roll music, in particular Ozzy. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and his dog Ellie Mae.

Greg is survived by his children: Shawn (Keri) Chamberlin, Bridgette Chamberlin and Gina (Eric) Nay; grandchildren: Landen, Presley, Paisley and Jack; siblings: Mike, Debbie, Pam and Lana; several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara and grandparents Elmer and Florence Kronberg.
