The Washington County Sheriff's Office reported a fatality accident that occurred Tuesday near 1 a.m. via a press release.

The victim was identified as 43-year-old Jose Ramon Munoz of Evans, Colo.

A deputy came across a wrecked vehicle in a field on County Road P51 just southeast of Fort Calhoun. The release states,"The deputy searched the area and found a male deceased outside of the vehicle. It appears that the driver was traveling north on (CR) P51 and failed to navigate a curve in the road, left the roadway and rolled into a bean field and ejected the driver. It is unknown if speed or alcohol are a factor."
