Patricia “Pat” R. Robinson, a beloved sister, passed away Jan. 9, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona, at the age of 75.

Pat was born on July 29, 1949, in Blair, Nebraska, to Arthur Sherman and Arlene Ellen (Jensen) Robinson. She attended and graduated from Blair High School in 1967. After high school, she relocated on her own to Wyoming and then to North Dakota. She eventually settled in Tucson, Arizona, where she dedicated her career to the University of Arizona until she retired.

In her leisure time, Pat enjoyed reading, photography, cross-stitching, and numerous other handicrafts. She also enjoyed attending western music festivals, gem and mineral shows, and Renaissance Fairs; attending the annual Winterhaven Festival of Lights in Tucson; and vacationing at Disneyland. She was especially fond of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction and movies, which captured her imagination and sense of adventure. Her two cats, Bella and Shaylee, were her loyal companions.

Pat is survived by her three sisters, Rita Wilkins of Blair, NE, Cindy Conn of Lincoln, NE, Carol (David) Heinke of Nebraska City, NE; one brother, Robert Robinson of Omaha, NE; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Pima Animal Care Center in Tucson, AZ, or your local animal shelter in her honor, as this was a cause close to Pat’s heart.
