C. W. MCMANIGAL, WELL KNOWN FARMER DIED

C. W. McManigal, 74, well-known farmer living just north of Glenwood on US No 34, suffered a fall in the barn at this farm Saturday evening, fracturing his right arm at the elbow and severely bruising his leg, which it was feared at first was broken.

He was taken to the Edmundson Hospital where X-ray examination revealed that the leg was not broken, but pneumonia developed and he passed away Wednesday morning.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Charles Haynie, Mrs. Clay Dashner; also two sons Fay and Park, all residing in this community.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in the Glenwood Methodist Church, with Rev. J. F. Bingaman, now of near Chariton and a former pastor here, in charge assisted by Rev. Keast.

Masonic services will be given at the grave in the Glenwood Cemetery.
