Remember Me

Remember me with your
smiles not your tears,
The fun and joy,
through all the years.

Remember the special times,
that were ours,
A love so sweet, like a garden
of fresh flowers.

Don't dwell on thoughts that cause you pain,
I'm standing now, without chair or cane.
I am at peace---Try to believe,
It was just my time...I had to leave.

What a view, I now have from here,
I can see all your faces, I feel you all are near.
Living in your hearts throughout the day,
So when you need me, I'm there right away.

When you're called home, you will be,
Right by my side---Right here with me.
Till then, I'll wait by Heaven's door,
