Anna Ohrt 100 Today; Honored at Gathering

Anna Ohrt, who is 100 years old today, was honored at a party Sunday at Haven House Nursing Home, 1540 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska, where she has lived for the last seven years.

Hosts were her sons and daughter: Lawrence Ohrt, Corning, Iowa; Harry Ohrt, Blair, Nebraska; Leonard Ohrt, Manilla, Iowa; Donald Ohrt, Peoria, Illinois; and Margaret Poulsen, a former Omahan who now lives in Venezuela.

Mrs. Ohrt was born in Irvington, Nebraska and farmed near Bennington, Nebraska, with her husband, the late Fred Ohrt.

She has seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
