Raymond L. Rosterman, a cherished husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 73 in Omaha, NE.

Born on August 29, 1952, in Washington, NE, Raymond lived a life full of love, adventure, and unwavering dedication to his family and friends.

Raymond is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy, and his children: daughter Theresa (Jason) Pierce, sons Tony (Amy) Rosterman and Jim (Sarah) Rosterman; as well as his stepchildren, Rob (Kandice) Powelson and Nicole Monico. He was the proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren and the doting great-grandfather to nine great-grandchildren. Raymond is also survived by his siblings, Kathern Chenaille, Dolly (Keith) Hindley, and Rick (Pam) Rosterman, along with numerous other family members and cherished friends.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Harry and Dorothy Rosterman, whose memories he held dear throughout his life.

Raymond was a man of many passions. He enjoyed riding motorcycles at thrilling speeds, partaking in hunting and fishing expeditions, and spending vacations in the beautiful Black Hills. His craftsmanship and hardworking nature were evident in his career as a project manager and in his many personal projects.

A devoted family man, Raymond never missed an opportunity to support his grandchildren at their sporting events. His family remembers him as a father who was always present, offering unwavering support and encouragement, and someone who would go to great lengths to lend a helping hand.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 10-11 AM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. Raymond will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and celebrate a life well-lived.

Arrangements are being made by Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Raymond’s legacy of love and kindness will endure in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
